Prepare the chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or steamer until completely melted. Allow a little to cool.
Mix the dry ingredients: Sift flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
Stir the butter and sugar: Cream together the butter and sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract: Add the eggs one by one and add the vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the melted chocolate: Pour melted chocolate into the mixture and stir until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients: Add the flour mixture in three portions, alternating with the milk, stirring well each time you add.
Roasting: Pour the mixture into an oiled and floured baking dish and bake at 180 °C for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick has no problem inserting in.
Cool: After cooling, demould and eat.
