Ingredients

 

170 g pitted red dates

2 tablespoons peanut butter

A pinch of salt

1 cup (90 g) oatmeal, chopped

60 g (60 g) salted peanuts

100 g melted chocolate

 

Production instructions

 

Prepare the base material

Use a food processor to grind the red dates into a thick paste.

Add the peanut butter and a pinch of salt and stir until well incorporated.

 

Add the dry ingredients:

Add chopped oats and salted peanuts to the red date mixture.

Mix thoroughly until an even dough forms.

To make a chocolate bar:

 

Place the mixture in a rectangular mold lined with baking paper and firmly compact.

Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to harden.

 

Cover with chocolate:

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave at 30-second intervals.

Dip each bar into the melted chocolate or pour on top.

Let sit in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm.

1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred sweetener

1 tsp vanilla extract ?

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon erythritol

 

? Description:

 

1. Oven preheat:

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Prepare a springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper.

Combine almond flour, coconut oil and erythritol until a sandy dough forms.
